You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible items
- Unopened, sealed original packaging
- Unused product in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase / order reference
Not eligible
- Opened, used, or contaminated packs
- Custom-blended or private-label lots after production has started
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Return cost
Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, Botanika Bharat LLP covers return shipping and issues a full refund of the product price (or replacement, where available).
How to return

- We confirm eligibility and the return address in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.
- Ship the sealed pack back using a trackable courier.
- After inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Approved returns receive a full refund of the product price. Original outbound shipping may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
