Certifications Introduction
This page describes the certifications and quality standards that Botanika Bharat LLP follows as an Indian spice exporter, spice manufacturer India, bulk spices supplier, organic spices exporter, herbs and spices supplier, medicinal herbs exporter, and agro commodity exporter India based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. We operate with FSSAI licence (Central 10251007107816296), valid IEC, GST, and APEDA alignment. Every export shipment is backed by lab testing and we provide Certificate of Analysis (COA); we arrange phytosanitary and organic (NPOP/NOP) certificates where applicable. Importers, distributors, bulk buyers, FMCG manufacturers, traders, and government or institutional buyers can rely on our documented quality and compliance.
Global buyers and procurement teams increasingly demand transparency: which certifications does the supplier hold, which parameters are tested, and what documentation accompanies each consignment. At Botanika Bharat LLP we answer these questions clearly. We hold FSSAI Central licence number 10251007107816296 and comply with Indian food safety regulations. We test every lot for moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, and microbial parameters before release and provide COA from NABL or FSSAI approved labs with each shipment. We arrange phytosanitary certificates where required for plant-based products and organic (NPOP/NOP) certificates for certified organic lots. Our company details—legal name, address, GST, IEC, FSSAI—are stated on every proforma and commercial invoice so that importers can complete due diligence and customs clearance.
We deal in spices and herbs (ashwagandha, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, curry powder, giloy, ginger, nutmeg, thyme, turmeric, whole red chilies), rice, health powders (moringa, wheatgrass), oleoresins, essential oils, and hundreds of agro commodities. Our office is at Office No-18, 1st Floor, Ramavihar, Infront of Shiv Enclave, Near Shimla Bahadur, Fulsunga, Ward No-01, Rudrapur, Dist- U S Nagar (Uttarakhand) Pin-263153. As an FMCG raw material supplier and private label spices manufacturer, we combine certifications and quality standards with full documentation so that every consignment meets destination requirements.
This Certifications & Quality Standards page is structured so that buyers, importers, and procurement teams can quickly find what they need: our FSSAI and food safety approach, our COA and lab testing parameters, organic and phytosanitary arrangements, global standards alignment (EU, US, Gulf, Asia), and how we help with vendor qualification and import-ready documentation. We invite you to review the sections below and to contact us with any specific certification or quality requirement. We are committed to quality, compliance, and transparency and stand behind our COA and specifications for every shipment we export.
Certifications & Quality Insights
Our certifications and quality approach support India’s position as the world’s largest producer and exporter of spices. We work with verified farmers, FPOs, and processors; we align with FSSAI and APEDA; we test every lot for moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, and microbial parameters; and we provide COA from NABL or FSSAI approved labs with each shipment. We arrange phytosanitary and organic certificates where required. Every consignment is backed by correct company details (IEC, GST, FSSAI) and destination-aligned documentation so that buyers and customs agents can clear goods without delay.
Quality and compliance are not optional for export; they are the foundation of trust between supplier and buyer. We define our quality approach in clear terms: we source from verified suppliers who meet our specifications and, where applicable, hold relevant certifications (FSSAI for food, NPOP/NOP for organic). We do not release any lot for export without quality clearance. Our COA is issued per batch at the time of shipment and reflects the actual parameters of that consignment. We maintain traceability from source to shipment so that in the rare event of a concern, we can trace back and support investigation or recall if ever required.
Buyer Insights on Certifications
International buyers who work with us receive clear product specifications, Certificate of Analysis (COA), phytosanitary certificates where required, and import-ready documentation. Our FSSAI licence number, address, GST, and IEC are stated on proforma and commercial invoices so that importers can complete due diligence. We guide first-time buyers on what certifications apply to their product and destination. We offer COA with every shipment, organic (NPOP/NOP) certificates for certified organic lots, and phytosanitary certificates where mandated by the importing country.
Buyers often ask: do you test every batch, what parameters are in your COA, can you meet EU or US FDA requirements, do you provide certificate of origin? We answer yes to batch-wise testing and COA with every shipment; our COA includes moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial load, and product-specific parameters (e.g. curcumin, piperine). We align our testing and documentation with destination requirements including EU MRLs, US FDA, UK FSA, Gulf standards, and Asian markets. We provide Certificate of Origin where required by the importing country. We can arrange Halal or Kosher certification for specific products. For vendor qualification we provide company details, FSSAI, quality policy, and sample COA so that your quality team can approve us as a supplier.
Seller and Supplier Insights on Certifications
We prefer FSSAI-registered suppliers for food products and require valid NPOP/NOP or equivalent for organic supply. We specify quality parameters (moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial) and traceability. We may use supplier COA and/or conduct our own testing; every lot we export is released with our quality clearance and we provide COA to the buyer. We assess suppliers through documentation and, where appropriate, site visits. We communicate our certification and quality requirements clearly so that suppliers can align.
Suppliers who work with us understand that we do not compromise on food safety or documentation. We need batch traceability, correct declarations (ingredients, country of origin, GMO status where relevant), and either their test reports or our own testing before release. We can work with BRC/IFS or ISO 22000 certified processors where available; we communicate our requirements and verify through testing and documentation. For large or recurring orders we can agree on quality agreements, sampling protocols, and documentation formats so that the supply chain runs smoothly and every consignment meets both our standards and the buyer’s requirements.
FSSAI & Food Safety Compliance
We hold FSSAI Central licence number 10251007107816296 and comply with Indian food safety regulations for the products we export. Our spices, herbs, and agro products are handled in compliance with FSSAI requirements. We work with FSSAI-compliant processors and provide COA from NABL or FSSAI approved labs with each shipment. FSSAI alignment assures buyers that we operate under India’s food safety framework and that our documentation supports import compliance in destination markets.
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is the national regulator for food safety. Our Central licence covers the categories of products we export and is valid and displayed on our official correspondence. We do not export any product that falls outside our licence scope. We expect our supply chain—farmers, processors, warehouses—to follow hygiene and good practices so that the product we receive and ship meets food safety standards. Buyers in the EU, US, UK, Gulf, and Asia can use our FSSAI licence details to verify that we are a registered food business in India and that our exports are produced under a regulated framework.
In addition to FSSAI we comply with APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) where applicable and with destination-country requirements. We arrange phytosanitary certificates through the plant protection authority when the importing country mandates them for plant-based products. Our commercial invoice, packing list, and COA are prepared so that importers have the documents needed for customs and for their own quality and regulatory records. We are an Indian spice exporter, bulk spices supplier, and agro commodity exporter India committed to food safety and full documentation.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Every export shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis from NABL or FSSAI approved labs. Our COA typically includes moisture, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium), aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2), microbial load (total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella where applicable), and product-specific parameters (e.g. curcumin, piperine). We ensure limits meet Indian and destination regulations (e.g. EU 5 ppb for aflatoxin B1). Each COA is issued per batch at the time of shipment.
The COA is not a generic document; it is specific to the batch or lot being shipped. It shows the lab name, date of test, batch/lot identification, and the actual results for each parameter. Buyers can use the COA to verify that the consignment meets their specifications and their country’s regulatory limits. We can include additional parameters (e.g. pesticide residues, sulphur dioxide, specific assays) when required by the buyer or destination. For nutraceutical or pharmaceutical-grade inquiries we can align with pharmacopoeial specifications where applicable; share your monograph or specification so we can confirm testing and documentation. We stand behind our COA and will investigate any genuine quality concern with batch details and evidence in good faith.
Organic Certifications (NPOP/NOP)
We source and export NPOP-certified organic spices and herbs; NPOP is recognised by the EU. For USDA NOP we can source certified organic where available. Organic certificates and full traceability are provided with certified organic shipments. We support NPOP (India), EU Organic, and USDA NOP where applicable. Buyers requiring specific organic certification (e.g. Halal, Kosher in addition) can contact us with their requirement; we can arrange certification for specific products and orders.
The National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) in India is equivalent to EU organic regulation for the purpose of equivalence agreements. When we supply NPOP-certified organic product we provide the valid organic certificate and transaction certificates (TC) where required, along with traceability from the certified farm or processor to the shipment. For buyers in the US we can source USDA NOP certified organic where available; we communicate certification and documentation requirements clearly so that you receive the right certificate for your market. We do not mix organic and non-organic lots and we maintain segregation and documentation throughout the supply chain so that organic integrity is preserved.
Organic certification is not a one-time check; it requires annual audits, traceability, and compliance with input lists and processing standards. We work with certified organic farmers and processors who maintain their certification and provide us with valid certificates and transaction documentation. If you need organic spices, medicinal herbs, or agro commodities for organic formulation (food, nutraceutical, or other), we can supply NPOP/NOP certified product with full documentation. Specify your certification body or market (EU, US, UK, Gulf) when enquiring so we can confirm the correct certificate and documentation for your order.
Phytosanitary & Export Documentation
We arrange phytosanitary certificates where required for plant-based products for export to countries that mandate them. Our export documentation includes commercial invoice, packing list, COA, phytosanitary certificate where required, Certificate of Origin where required, and Bill of Lading. We explain each document so that importers understand what they need for customs clearance. Our company details (legal name, address, GST, IEC, FSSAI) are stated on every official document we issue.
The phytosanitary certificate is issued by the plant protection authority of India and certifies that the consignment has been inspected and/or treated as required and is free from specified pests and diseases as per the importing country’s requirements. Many countries require a phytosanitary certificate for spices, herbs, and other plant-based products. We coordinate with the authority and our logistics so that the certificate is issued in time for shipment and matches the consignment details. We do not ship plant-based products to destinations that require phytosanitary without arranging the certificate. For non-plant products (e.g. some processed items) phytosanitary may not be required; we confirm per destination. Our commercial invoice, packing list, COA, and Bill of Lading are prepared so that every consignment is import-ready and our legal name, address, GST, IEC, and FSSAI are stated on every official document we issue for your verification and customs clearance.
Lab Testing & Quality Parameters
Every batch is tested before release for export. We run in-house and/or third-party tests through NABL or FSSAI approved labs. We test for moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial parameters, and product-specific markers. We can test for pesticide residues and align with EU MRLs or other destination limits when required. We do not irradiate our spices and herbs and can provide a statement or documentation if required by your market. Oleoresins and extracts are tested for key parameters (colour, volatile oil, heavy metals, microbial) and we provide COA.
The parameters we test are chosen to meet Indian regulations and destination-market requirements. Moisture and ash are standard for spices and herbs; they affect shelf life and purity. Heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) are tested because many countries set maximum limits for food safety. Aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2) are mycotoxins that can occur in spices and nuts; we test and ensure limits meet Indian and destination regulations (e.g. EU 5 ppb for B1 in spices). Microbial parameters (total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella where applicable) confirm that the product is within safe limits. For turmeric we test curcumin; for pepper we test piperine; for chilli we may test ASTA colour and capsaicin. We can add parameters (e.g. pesticide residues, sulphur dioxide, specific assays) when required by the buyer or destination.
We use NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) or FSSAI approved labs so that the COA is from an accredited source. Buyers who require third-party testing (e.g. SGS, Eurofins) can request it at their cost; we can arrange sampling and shipment to the chosen lab or support testing at origin. We do not release any lot for export without quality clearance and we do not back-date or reuse COA from a different batch; every consignment has its own batch-specific COA.
Traceability & Batch Control
We maintain traceability from source to shipment. Batch and source information is documented for compliance and quality assurance. We require traceability from our suppliers and communicate this to farmers and processors. Batch-wise COA is provided with each consignment so that buyers can link documentation to the specific lot. We maintain document control and provide current COA and certificates with each shipment.
Traceability means we can identify the source (farm, FPO, processor) and the batch or lot for every consignment we export. This is required for organic certification (where the chain of custody must be documented), for food safety (where a recall or investigation may need to trace back), and for quality (where a buyer may want to link a complaint or a repeat order to a specific source). We do not mix batches without documentation; we maintain batch identity through storage, handling, and packing. Our COA and commercial documents reference the batch/lot so that you can match the documentation to the physical consignment. We retain records for a defined period so that we can support investigation or regulatory requests if ever required.
Global Standards Alignment (EU, US, Gulf)
We align our testing and documentation with destination requirements including US FDA, EU regulations, UK FSA/FSS, Canadian CFIA, Gulf (GSO) standards, and Asian markets (ASEAN, Japan, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan). We test for heavy metals and can align with EU limits (e.g. lead, cadmium, mercury). We can meet EU maximum residue levels (MRL) for pesticides when required. Share your specific compliance needs when enquiring so we can confirm testing and documentation.
Different markets have different limits and documentation expectations. The EU sets maximum levels for heavy metals, aflatoxins, and pesticide residues in spices and herbs; we test and ensure our consignments meet these limits when supplying to the EU. The US FDA has requirements for food safety and labelling; we align our documentation and testing so that importers can meet US requirements. The UK (FSA/FSS) follows similar standards post-Brexit and we provide documentation accordingly. Gulf countries (GCC/GSO) may require specific certificates or Halal certification; we can arrange as required. Asian markets such as Japan, Australia, South Korea, and Taiwan have their own MRLs and sometimes additional testing; we can align when you share your destination and any specific standard (e.g. Japanese positive list, Australian MRLs).
We do not assume one size fits all. When you enquire we ask for your destination country and, if relevant, your specific compliance needs (e.g. EU MRL, US FDA, pharmacopoeial specs). We then confirm testing and documentation so that your consignment is import-ready. We are an Indian spice exporter, bulk spices supplier, and organic spices exporter serving North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia with destination-aligned quality and documentation.
Quality Assurance Approach
We source from verified suppliers, specify quality parameters, test every lot, and release only after quality clearance. COA is provided with each shipment. We have defined quality and compliance processes; we can share relevant documentation (quality policy, sample COA, FSSAI details) on request. Serious buyers can discuss audit arrangements; we share our quality approach and documentation to support due diligence.
Our quality assurance approach is built on four pillars: supplier verification (we work with FSSAI-compliant and quality-conscious suppliers), specification (we define and communicate quality parameters clearly), testing (every lot is tested before release), and documentation (COA and certificates with every shipment). We do not release product that does not meet our specifications or destination limits. We investigate any quality concern with batch details and evidence and resolve in good faith. We can provide vendor qualification support: company details, FSSAI licence, quality policy or statement, and sample COA so that your quality or procurement team can approve us as a supplier. For large or recurring orders we can agree on quality agreements, sampling protocols, and documentation formats to ensure consistency and compliance.
Buyer’s Guide to Our Certifications
Our buyer’s guide explains what certifications and documents you can expect: FSSAI licence (10251007107816296), COA with every shipment, phytosanitary certificate where required, organic (NPOP/NOP) certificate for certified organic lots, Certificate of Origin where required. We can arrange Halal or Kosher certification for specific products. We provide product specifications and can agree on quality parameters and documentation for your order. We can supply samples with COA for quality evaluation. Specify your certification requirement (e.g. BRC/IFS, pharmacopoeial specs, third-party SGS/Eurofins) when enquiring.
First-time importers often ask: what do I need to clear customs, do you provide COA, do you have organic certification? We answer: we provide commercial invoice, packing list, COA, phytosanitary where required, Certificate of Origin where required, and Bill of Lading. Our FSSAI licence number, legal name, address, GST, and IEC are stated on every proforma and commercial invoice so that you can complete due diligence and customs clearance. For organic we supply NPOP/NOP certified product with organic certificate and full traceability. We guide you on what documents your country requires so that your first shipment is smooth. Repeat buyers can rely on consistent documentation and quality; we maintain the same standards for every consignment.
Our Quality Standards & Specifications
We provide clear specifications (e.g. curcumin %, piperine %, mesh size, moisture, ash) and COA for active markers where applicable. We can align with your specific quality specs and provide COA against those parameters. We offer quality agreements or specification sheets for large or recurring orders. We provide technical data sheet (TDS) for your R&D or quality files. We stand behind our COA and specifications and confirm quality parameters in our proforma invoice and order confirmation.
Specifications define the product: grade, mesh size, moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial limits, and product-specific parameters (e.g. curcumin for turmeric, piperine for pepper). We communicate our standard specs and can tailor to your requirements (e.g. curcumin 95%, piperine 98%, mesh 80). Our COA confirms that the shipped lot meets the agreed parameters. We can provide a technical data sheet (TDS) with typical values, storage conditions, and shelf life for your quality or R&D files. For large or recurring orders we can agree on a quality agreement or specification sheet so that both parties are aligned on parameters, testing, and documentation.

We provide COA with each shipment and can support vendor qualification with company details, FSSAI, quality policy, and sample COA. We help buyers by ensuring every consignment meets or exceeds destination standards.
The Botanika Bharat LLP quality standard is built on four pillars: supplier verification (we work with FSSAI-compliant and quality-conscious suppliers), specification (we define and communicate quality parameters clearly), testing (every lot is tested before release), and documentation (COA and certificates with every shipment). We do not release product that does not meet our specifications or destination limits. We maintain traceability from source to shipment so that we can support investigation or recall if ever required. We investigate any quality concern with batch details and evidence and resolve in good faith. A Connoisseur’s Guide to Quality Parameters
We provide grading and quality guidelines for each product. Parameters such as moisture, ash, mesh, curcumin, piperine, ASTA colour, and microbial limits are specified and tested. Our COA confirms these parameters so that importers can match specifications to their formulations. We can align with pharmacopoeial specs (e.g. Indian Pharmacopoeia, USP) where applicable; share your monograph requirements.
Grading and quality parameters vary by product. For turmeric we specify curcumin content, colour, and mesh; for pepper we specify piperine, density, and mesh; for chilli we may specify ASTA colour value and capsaicin; for cardamom we specify size and colour. We communicate our standard specs and can tailor to your requirements. Our COA confirms that the shipped lot meets the agreed parameters. For nutraceutical or pharmaceutical-grade inquiries we can align with pharmacopoeial specifications (e.g. Indian Pharmacopoeia, USP) where applicable; share your monograph or specification so we can confirm testing and documentation. We provide technical data sheet (TDS) for your R&D or quality files when required.
Lab Testing and COA
We test every batch before release. Our COA includes moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial load, and product-specific parameters. We use NABL or FSSAI approved labs and can arrange third-party testing (e.g. SGS, Eurofins) at buyer request and cost. We provide batch-wise COA with each consignment. Shelf-life and storage conditions are communicated; we can provide typical shelf-life information and arrange stability studies for specific products on request.
The COA is issued per batch at the time of shipment and reflects the actual parameters of that consignment. It is not a generic document; it shows the lab name, date of test, batch/lot identification, and the actual results for each parameter. Buyers can use the COA to verify that the consignment meets their specifications and their country’s regulatory limits. We can include additional parameters (e.g. pesticide residues, sulphur dioxide, specific assays) when required by the buyer or destination. We do not reuse or back-date COA from a different batch. We stand behind our COA and will investigate any genuine quality concern with batch details and evidence in good faith.
Organic and Phytosanitary in Practice
For organic supply we require valid NPOP/NOP or equivalent certification and traceability from suppliers. We provide organic certificates with certified organic shipments. We arrange phytosanitary certificates where required for plant-based products for export. We do not irradiate our spices and herbs and can provide statements or documentation if required. We can meet gluten-free, allergen declarations, and clean-label requirements; our spices and herbs are naturally gluten-free and plant-based.
Organic certification requires annual audits, traceability, and compliance with input lists and processing standards. We work with certified organic farmers and processors who maintain their certification and provide us with valid certificates and transaction documentation. When we supply NPOP-certified organic product we provide the valid organic certificate and transaction certificates (TC) where required, along with traceability from the certified farm or processor to the shipment. For USDA NOP we can source certified organic where available. We do not mix organic and non-organic lots and we maintain segregation and documentation throughout the supply chain. Phytosanitary certificates are arranged through the plant protection authority when the importing country mandates them for plant-based products; we coordinate so that the certificate is issued in time for shipment and matches the consignment details.
Navigating Certifications for Importers
We guide importers through which certifications apply to their product and destination: FSSAI and COA for food safety, phytosanitary for plant products where mandated, organic (NPOP/NOP/EU/USDA) for organic claims, Certificate of Origin where required, Halal/Kosher where required. We explain lead times and documentation so that first-time and repeat buyers can plan their supply chain and customs clearance.
Different destinations require different documents. The EU often requires phytosanitary for spices and herbs; we arrange it when required. Organic claims in the EU may require NPOP (equivalent) or EU organic certification; we supply NPOP-certified product with full documentation. The US may require phytosanitary and USDA NOP for organic; we can source USDA NOP certified organic where available. Gulf countries may require Halal certification; we can arrange Halal for specific products. We do not assume; when you enquire we ask for your destination and any specific certification requirement so that we confirm the right documents and certificates for your consignment. We support first-time and repeat importers with clear documentation and compliance guidance.

Sourcing & Supplier Verification
We source from verified farmers, FPOs, and processors across India. We prefer FSSAI-registered suppliers for food products and require valid organic certification (NPOP/NOP) and traceability for organic supply. We assess suppliers through documentation and, where appropriate, site visits. We specify quality parameters (moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial) and communicate our specs clearly. We may use supplier COA and/or conduct our own testing; every lot we export is released with our quality clearance. We work with suppliers who meet our quality and compliance standards.
Supplier verification is the first step in our quality chain. We do not source from unverified or non-compliant suppliers. For food products we prefer FSSAI-registered or compliant processors. For organic we require valid NPOP/NOP or equivalent certification and full traceability from the source. We specify quality parameters (moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial) and communicate our specs clearly so that suppliers know what we expect. We may use supplier COA and/or conduct our own testing; in either case every lot we export is released with our quality clearance and we provide COA to the buyer. We assess suppliers through documentation and, where appropriate, site visits. We work with suppliers who meet our quality and compliance standards and we communicate our certification and quality requirements clearly so that they can align.
We source from India’s key growing regions—Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and the North-East—and maintain traceability from farm to port. We can work with BRC/IFS or ISO 22000 certified processors where available; we communicate our requirements and verify through testing and documentation. For large or recurring orders we can agree on quality agreements, sampling protocols, and documentation formats with our suppliers so that the supply chain runs smoothly.
Certification & Testing for Export
We support FSSAI, APEDA, phytosanitary, and organic (NPOP/NOP) where applicable. Every lot is tested for moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, and microbial parameters before release. We provide Certificate of Analysis from NABL or FSSAI approved labs with each shipment. We can arrange pesticide residue testing, EU MRL alignment, heavy metals as per EU, and third-party inspection or testing at origin when required. Our FSSAI Central licence number is 10251007107816296.
Testing is the second step in our quality chain. We do not release any lot for export without quality clearance. We use NABL or FSSAI approved labs for our COA so that the results are from an accredited source. We test for moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial parameters, and product-specific parameters (e.g. curcumin, piperine). We can add parameters (e.g. pesticide residues, sulphur dioxide, specific assays) when required by the buyer or destination. We can arrange third-party testing (e.g. SGS, Eurofins) at buyer request and cost. We can support third-party inspection or testing at origin when required. Our COA is issued per batch at the time of shipment and reflects the actual parameters of that consignment. We stand behind our COA and will investigate any genuine quality concern with batch details and evidence in good faith.

Explanation of Quality & Certification Documentation
Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirms quality parameters (moisture, ash, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial, etc.) from a lab. Phytosanitary certificate is issued by the plant protection authority and required by many countries for plant-based products. Organic certificate (NPOP/NOP) confirms organic certification and traceability. Certificate of Origin confirms the country of origin where required by the buyer’s country. FSSAI licence details confirm our registration under Indian food safety regulations. Our company details are stated on every official document we issue.
The COA is issued per batch at the time of shipment and shows the lab name, date of test, batch/lot identification, and the actual results for each parameter. The phytosanitary certificate certifies that the consignment has been inspected and/or treated as required and is free from specified pests and diseases as per the importing country’s requirements. The organic certificate (NPOP/NOP) confirms that the product is certified organic and is accompanied by transaction documentation and traceability. The Certificate of Origin confirms the country of origin where required by the buyer’s country for customs or trade agreements. Our FSSAI licence details (10251007107816296) confirm that we are a registered food business in India under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Our company details (legal name, address, GST, IEC) are stated on every commercial invoice, packing list, and official document we issue for your verification and customs clearance.
